LIVING HAPPIER @ WORK SEMINARS, WORKSHOPS & KEYNOTES
Living Happier at Work is a wellness program developed to address the growing issue of office worker disengagement and reduced productivity. The workshops, seminars and keynotes are focused on action and accountability to actively impact change in attendee’s professional lives.
The sessions introduce research-based solutions and easy to implement skills that are the basis for changing your mindset from negative or neutral to positive. Attendees learn and explore how these changes can create a more positive and productive work environment.
Every session incorporates 21st-century workplace etiquette including practical applications like appropriate cubicle behavior, email best practices, options for productive meetings, best approaches for addressing conflict and more depending upon your organization’s needs.
